We fully renovated our condos in 2021. The building houses several spacious 3-room apartments featuring 4–6 beds, a private bathroom, and a spacious private kitchen.

• Children's room with a sofa that converts into a bunk bed, plus its own TV.

• Cozy bathroom with toilet, bathtub, shower, and panel radiator.
• Fully equipped kitchen with access to the balcony.
• Balcony with a solid wood table.

• A living room with a sofa that converts into a bunk bed, plus its own TV.
• A spacious bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, shower, and massage jets.
• A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.

The "Unterschlupf" unit is located within "Hatzel’s Häuschen," a small house that was completely renovated in 2018.

"Hatzel’s Häuschen" comprises two family apartments—named "Unterschlupf" and "Hochsitz"—which are strictly separated by individual apartment doors but share a common main entrance.

The sleeping arrangements in "Unterschlupf" are as follows:

- one king-size double bed

- one bunk bed (featuring two 90x200 cm mattresses, thus accommodating 2 people)

and

- a pull-out sofa, which also sleeps 2 people.

The "Hochsitz" unit is located in "Hatzel’s Häuschen," which was completely renovated in 2018.

"Hatzel’s Häuschen" comprises two family apartments—named "Unterschlupf" and "Hochsitz"—that are strictly separated by individual apartment doors but share a common main entrance.

The bed configuration in "Hochsitz" is as follows:

- one king-size double bed

- one bunk bed accommodating three people (with mattress sizes of 140x200 cm and 90x200 cm)

and

- a pull-out sofa that also sleeps two people.

Spacious 45 m² apartment sleeping up to 6 people in two separate rooms, each with a TV plus a bathroom with a corner bathtub and two toilets, a minibar, air conditioning, and a separate kitchen featuring a seating area, tea station, and large desk. Perfect for families and extended stays.

Spacious 40 m² apartment with up to 5 beds across two separate rooms—each with a TV—plus a bathroom with a bathtub and natural light, a minibar, a tea station, air conditioning, and a desk.

28 m² apartment featuring a beautiful wood design. It includes two sleeping areas separated by a sliding door—equipped with two 90 cm wide box-spring beds and one 80 cm wide bunk bed, as well as two 40-inch TVs, a kitchenette, air conditioning, and a seamless bathroom with a hairdryer and rainfall shower.

Our stylish, modern "Urban Single" and "Urban Triple" rooms can now be booked as a single unit, as the hallway area can be separated from the rest of the house by a door! This is a wonderful option if, for example, an aunt or uncle—or an older sibling who would like their own room—is joining you.

Both rooms feature modern décor and are equipped with our special "Lattoflex" slatted bed bases. Each room has its own private bathroom; the triple room even includes a bathtub.
